Injuries & Rehabilitation
Rick fixes peoples’ pain by applying a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to unravel movement mechanics causing pain. A typical back pain client requires just 1-3 sessions before experiencing significant pain relief. Rick sees individuals for a variety of injuries including:
Back pain, bulging discs, herniated discs, lumbar stenosis, lateral shifts, spondylolisthesis, rotated vertebrae, scoliosis, sciatic pain, rib pain and more.
Neck pain, headaches, bulging discs, neck strain, post auto injury, whiplash injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome and general chronic pain and more.
Hip and knee pain, groin pain, hip bursitis, joint pain, post surgery, arthritis, sciatic pain, IT band friction syndrome, anterior knee pain syndrome, patellofemoral syndrome, subluxing patella, arthritis, IT band friction syndrome, patellar tendonitis and more.
Shoulder and arm pain, rotator cuff strains, rotator cuff tears, rotator cuff tendonitis, post surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, wrist and hand pain and more.
Foot and ankle pain, Morton’s neuromas, hammer toes, plantar fascitis, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis, post surgery, chronic or acute sprains, bunions and more.
Most of the diagnoses listed above actually result from deeper problems related to the musculoskeletal system. In other words they are signs of problems- not the problems themselves. Rick addresses root causes of these issues which eliminates pain.
